Our Company specializes in out of track garage door repair, cable off, broken springs and garage door opener repairs. We repair all makes and model garage doors and garage door openers, including Genie, Liftmaster, Chamberlain, Sears and Overhead door brands.
An out of track garage door can be caused by several problems. Some of the most common problems are a result of poor maintenance. The garage door could have bad balance or broken spring, bad or poor condition of rollers, the track is out of adjustment or the garage door opener could be out of adjustment causing the garage door to not function in a proper manner. Other problems such as an object in the way of the garage door can cause the garage door to flip out of the track and go crooked when one of the cables is flipped off of its drum. Their are other reasons for a garage door to flip out of the track but those mentioned above are the most common.

To avoid garage door problems such as out of track, broken springs and bad rollers you should keep everything clear from the corners of the garage door (such as broom sticks, garden tools, boxes and equipment). Make sure you keep the the garage door lubricated on a monthly basis, use white lithium grease (not WD-40). Make sure you keep your hands clear of the track, cable and springs at all times when servicing or working near a garage door.(can cause serious personal injury). In most cases you should call a proffessional for maintenance on any garage door repair.

We specialize in garage door broken spring repair service. Broken Springs are the most common problems that exist on garage doors today. Garage Doors are very dangerous if not handled correctly. They are the largest moving object on your house. Because of the size and weight of the garage door, it requires a spring system, to ultimately pick the door up and down in a balanced manner. Most garage door manufacturers use a 10,000 cycle life spring system when the door is made. The average home owner operates their garage door approximately 4 times a day (4-Cycles). This calculates into about 7 to 10 years for the spring system to fatigue and eventually break the spring system. Once the spring breaks, the garage door is now dead weight which can cause extreme personal injury or damage to the rest of the door if you continue to operate the door with a broken spring. Garage door openers are not designed to pick up garage doors without springs (Using a garage door opener with broken springs can cause extreme damage to your opener and door)
